The Church has a modern and well equipped auditorium that seats up to 300 people that is available for hire for weddings or funerals:

• audio visual equipment to display your presentations and music with 4 large screens
• piano and electronic musical equipment connections
• range of lighting moods with coloured lighting and spotlights
• extensive sound resources with a number of fixed and portable microphones available
• comfortable pews with some limited flexibility in arrangements
• live streaming cameras are available
• suitable for all capabilities and has special all ability amenities
• pianist is available

 

The Church has a modern and flexible hall space that is available for hire for your next conference or function  The Hub has the following features:

• air conditioning
• space for 200 seated guests
• wall mounted televisions
• tea and coffee making facility
• internal multi-ability toilets
• extensive parking
• a serving kitchen
• an internal creche
• an external fenced playground for children
• Up to 5 break out rooms (with TVs or projectors in 4 of them)
• ease of access for all abilities

 

The Hub space is enhanced by up to five break out rooms, most with a wall mounted television and a speaker.  A kitchen can be used to serve food.  (Food is best brought into the centre as the kitchen is not suitable as a cooking area.  But it is suitable to prepare sandwiches, cakes and slices.)  Talk to us about using our Hub as a Beenleigh Conference Centre.

One of the best hire venues available in Beenleigh is now available.

• The Hub has around 60 available chairs and a dozen foldable tables as well as a similar number of coffee tables.
• It is common for hirers to hire additional seats, tables and settings if required.  The church does have contacts if you are interested in doing this.
• It is also common for hirers to bring in outside caterers who provide pre-prepared food in hot boxes and trailers.  It is possible for a trailer or a portable cold room to sit outside the Hub for ease of access.
• Hirers will need to bring in their own public address/music system if you are not using those provided by the church using our trained operators.
• The consumption of alcohol is not permitted on church property.
• Cigarette Smoking & vaping is also not permitted inside church buildings.

• Hire fees are available from the Church Office by contacting the phone number below.
• Fees are dependent on the duration of the hire and the spaces required.
• A Hire Agreement must be completed prior to use.  A deposit is required and there is also a cleaning fee.
• Availability varies but reasonable requests will be considered.  With sufficient notice, there may be more flexibility.
• The Hub is used permanently on Friday nights for church activities during school terms.
• The Hub is used permanently Sunday mornings and afternoons for church activities.  It is sometimes used on Sunday evenings as well.
• The Church Auditorium is permanently used every Sunday morning.
